Ada warranty selama 30 hari selepas sampai.
Warranty cover sekiranya barang sampai dalam keadaan retak, pecah atau pun langsung tak boleh pakai. Kami akan gantikan dengan yang baru.
Kami akan pos setiap hari Isnin-Jumaat sebelum jam 9 Pagi. Biasanya ambil masa 2-7 hari untuk sampai.

Setakat yang kami uji, tiada masalah untuk tampung perabot seberat 200kg. Cuma anda mungkin perlukan bantuan dan tenaga yang lebih kuat semasa proses menjungkit perabot 200kg tersebut.
